Terms of Use
The terms on which everythx.com is made available to read, including copyright, acceptable use and liability.
These terms govern your use of everythx.com. By using the site you accept them. They were last updated on 7 September 2026.
Using the site
Everythx is free to read. There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to and nothing to pay. You may read, print and share articles for your own personal, educational or non-commercial use.
Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the text, diagrams, tables and design on this site are our copyright. You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not republish whole articles, mirror the site, or use its content to train or populate another publication, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission. To ask, write to hello@everythx.com. We usually say yes.
Names, logos and trade marks belonging to examination boards, universities and other organisations remain theirs and are used descriptively.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or use it for anything unlawful.
No advice, no warranty
Content is general information, not professional advice, and is provided as it is. We take care over accuracy and we correct errors, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Our disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content, from any interruption to it, or from any third-party site reached through a link here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Advertising and third parties
The site carries advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to external sites. Those adverts and sites are not under our control and are not endorsements. Your dealings with any advertiser are between you and them.
Privacy
How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
